I am passionate about facilitating meaningful change, whether for individuals, teams or organisations. My approach puts people at the centre, and focusses on the process of change aligned to purpose, meaning and values. My work is informed by my professional qualifications and grounded in a depth of experience. My office is located on The Terrace in Wellington, New Zealand.
I grew up in Oamaru, North Otago, the youngest of three girls to my mum and dad. After leaving home, I studied in Dunedin for several years, where my study of Quantum Physics nourished my intrigue in the mysteries of the universe. Following my studies, I spent some time in the UK before returning to NZ to start a career in the public service. Since then I've spent time living in Christchurch and Wellington, first in analytical policy roles (alongside studies in Economics), and subsequently in management and leadership roles, including leading and implementing organisational change.
My path to coaching, counselling and working with change has been shaped by a desire to serve. Alongside challenging career moves and significant personal events, I have been fortunate to have the invaluable support of colleagues and professionals around me along the way. My professional focus now is to walk alongside others in this way.
My qualifications include:
Doctor of Philosophy (Physics) from the University of Otago (2006)
Bachelor of Science with Honours (Physics) from the University of Otago (2002)
Graduate Diploma of Commerce (Economics) from Victoria University of Wellington (2010)
Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling from the Institute of Psychosynthesis N.Z (2018)
