Leadership Coaching
I hold Psychosynthesis at the heart of my leadership coaching work, guiding people to connect with their purpose, meaning and values in service of their emerging potential. I partner with people to reflect on, explore and enable their aspirations and development goals from wherever they are and drawing on their past experiences.
I take a developmental view to leadership, so that the coaching supports the development of the self of the leader, and enables sustainable change. Within the broader context of a leader’s coaching goals, I support them to heighten their self, relational and/or system awareness and grow their capacity for autonomy, relatedness and inner authority.
My experience as a coach comes from people leadership roles in the public sector as well as my coaching consultancy practice. I am an EMCC Accredited Coach at Practitioner level, with training in both Psychosynthesis Leadership Coaching and Transformative Coaching. I adhere to the Global Code of Ethics and EMCC Global Diversity & Inclusion Declaration.
